- Utility Expansion: Funding assistance for water & sewer lines, fire hydrants and infrastructure installation, including engineering and clearance costs.
- Job Growth Incentive: Provides $2000 per job created, as well as grant monies for payment of impact fees, special assessments and water & sewer connection fees. Maximum award is $100,000.
