Departments

While not all operations are conducted at the Inverness Government Center, every department of the City of Inverness has a representative in the building who can help you.

City employees report to the City Manager, whose responsibility it is to coordinate, direct and oversee all tasks from water quality to large scale projects. City services include providing water, wastewater, sanitation, and recreational facilities. Police and fire protection services are contracted through the county.
