At this time the City of Inverness does not have their own online bill payment option. You may however use CheckFree.com to pay your utility bill, here's how:
To start paying utility bills online, follow this link to the CheckFree.com home page and select your financial institution. If you don’t see it on the list, select your state in the field provided and click “GO.”
When you select your preferred provider, click on the link to start the sign-up process.
All you need is:
- Your e-mail address
- Your checkbook (so you can get your account number)
- Your driver’s license
- Your Social Security number (so your provider can identify you as the user of the account)
- A recent bill for each e-Bill you wish to sign up to receive and pay online
