The City Clerk’s Office maintains official records, provides notice of public meetings, prepares the meeting agendas and coordinates municipal elections. It is the official custodian of the Seal of the City.
This office protects, preserves and shares city records. Responsible for preparation of resolutions, proclamations, agendas, minutes, reports, correspondence, etc. The City Clerk’s Office is also the point of contact for public record requests.
This office is also responsible for transfer and sale of City cemetery plots.
