PERMITTING PROCESS CHANGE

Effective October 1, 2022

IN PERSON BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS:

Both the property owner and the contractor must sign the application.

ONLINE PORTAL BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS:

A current property owner’s email address is required as the Building Division will be sending an electronic property owner’s acknowledgement of the application submittal.
