What happens to an employment application once submitted?
Applications are immediately sent to the department manager with the vacancy. The applications are reviewed and after several weeks, interviews are scheduled with the most suitable candidates for the position, based on experience and qualifications that best meet the job offered. Once interviews are completed and a selection is made, candidates who were interviewed and not selected are thanked for their interest and advised of the job being filled. Those applicants who have signed up for the Notify Me option on this website will also receive email notification of the job being filled and of any new jobs that may become available.
